This is the Boulder cottage. I've never uploaded a lot before (only places to put them ) I just couldn't resist the cool new theme from the Mod Squad. This was supposed to be a starter home but there's just way too much fun stuff not to include it! The cottage sits on a 3x2 lot, one storey, 2bd, 1ba, with garage, and costs around 23,000 so it can be called an upscale starter! Most of the content inside and out is all from the Simstones set and can be found here:

Lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and has no hacks.

The recolor valuewood lumber of maxis justadoor is also included, although I have absolutely no idea where it came from. You know who you are (I have hope ) so pm me and I will update this post.
