I searched and got some opinions on what I should create next. I decided to make a dunkin donuts becuse it has a new and unique design to it. I placed furniture inside. I made the walls myself. There is no custom content. I downloaded some stuff from retailsims.com but forgot to install them before I built Dunkin Donuts. Most of my lots are made to be on corners including this one. Thats it. hope you enjoy it.
