This is my second house and second upload. This time I added different floor tiles to the house because I really didnt like leaving the house with cement flooring in every room. There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and a kitchen. I also added a small porch in front. The price is $18,597. I named the lot II because I was in a hurry and I forgot to rename it before I packaged it. So you can just rename it when you download it. The lot size is 20 x 30. The price is $18,597.
