Hi there!
I've just finished another house I want to share with you~ it's a modern one, and not too big or expensive.
Yamamoto modern 1 is built on a 3x3 lot and comes unfurnished at the cost of ยง 59.924,--
Please have a look at the attached images ^^
The 1st floor - as you can see on the screenshots - is built in an "open" style; the different areas are divided by halfwalls; the part with the stairs is the entrance area, the heightened area can be used for TV or maybe a piano, and the area which is a bit seperated is meant to become a kitchen.
The 2nd floor contains a bathroom and 3 rooms which can be used as bedrooms, study rooms or whatever; each has its own balcony, and there's a 4th balcony which is accessable from the hallway.
There's a parking lot right in front of the house, and a pool and whirlpool in the garden, and both living room and kitchen have a patio. The garden still needs plenty of gardening though ^^ - I've only attached some shrubs to make it look at least a bit inviting by keeping the amount of custom content as low as possible
Of course you can redesign it and use it for any purpose, including fotostories etc, but please don't reupload it, claiming it's your creation
