Yamamoto East 1 - Modern Villa

Hi there!

So I'm finally uploading my first lot ^^
I wanted to do this before, but always used loads of downloaded stuff and of course forgot where it came from xD - but currently I'm forced to play (mostly) without DLs... and created this home which I think is worth sharing... so I will
It does contain custom content, but just little - some beautiful walls, floors and terrain paints by Mango (http://mangosims2.free.fr), Avenida (http://avenidasims.com), Spunky (http://www.binessimsrevue.de) and Margierytha (http://www.forum.simsweb.pl), and a few pictues by me (recolors of the original "Lost in the Swamp" and "A Brushstroke" paintings).

Yamamoto East 1 is a quite large 1-storey-home for 2 to 4 Sims (and, of course, pets are allowed ), kinda built "around" the outdoor (pool) area, on a 50x40 lot. It comes fully furnished by the cost of §220.923.--

Now, time for a brief introduction... please have a look at the attached images too

Entering the house through the front door, you're standing in the entrance hall, which has a small interior pond (it looks great at night!). Going straight ahead, you enter a hallway, which leads you past the kitchen and master bathroom to the master bedroom, where your Sims can either just sleep - or relax in the hottub while enjoying the crackling of fire from the chimney. There's also a small "kitchen"corner with a fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee machine in there ^^

Turning right in the entrance hall instead, you'll get to the living room. Watch TV, feed the fish, play Billard, maybe sit down by the fireplace and read a book or have a drink at the bar - whatever you wish
Another hallway connects the living room to the second bedroom, which has a small bathroom too.

The outdoor area is dominated by a large pool and has a roofed patio right next to the entrance hall - invite your Sims' friends for a BBQ or just let them lie down in the deckchairs on the opposite side of the pool!

There's also a garage for 2 cars.
