A second, and a bit more expensive Villa than the one I previously uploaded, with 5 rooms is perfect for a big family.
Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Prize: $236,266
Fully furnished
Game Tested: 10 days (with a different copy that the uploaded one)

Based on the same concept of old houses converted to modern use, this particular house is ideal for the rich family with a lot of kids who mostly want to have fun.

The modular stairs in the middle were created following SimMasterRalph's enclosed Stairs tutorial.
All furniture is Maxis Content, all decoration except for the grainy texture on the inside walls and the wooden stairs for the outdoor shower are Maxis content
The grainy texture was made by me.
The Wooden Recoulorable modular Stairs are by Numenor, and can be found on the lot and here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=53159.

Third floor includes the master bedroom and it's bathroom, as well as an outdoor terrace that works as gym.

Second floor has a small studio, three single rooms, one double room and a bathroom with shower.

First floor includes the Kitchen, which allows up to four sims working on it at the same time, the dinning room, a terrace that works as dinning room, and a small game room and livingroom.

The basement is a modified gameroom with a flat tv screen, pinball and arcade machines, as well as a pool table.

The house also has a pool, complete with outdoors shower, a greenhouse and a fishing pond. It can be put next to the Charming Villa 1, and the pond will look almost continuous from the waterfall in that lot.

The only issue so far is that sometimes, when the sims come out from the pool, they want to go to the livingroom straight through the window and will complain when they can, but every part of the house is accessible.
