My first house, after months of playing/reading tutorials.

It's a big house, made in the style of mexican modern-converted haciendas in towns like Tepoztlan and Cuernavaca, where an old house would be adapted for modern use with diverse success. Ideal for one sim, or a couple either recently married or elders, but not so good for families. It's entirely furnished with maxis content, and the only custom content was made by myself.

The outer staircase was made following Daihtnaoz7's splitstaircases tutorial, while the waterfall was made following Mightswordbio's tutorial. And one can fish in the pond easily.

One bedroom, two studio areas -which could be converted into bedrooms if it was needed- two full bathrooms, one with a tub, one with shower, kitchen, dinning room and garden area.
