Modern Mediterranean Inspired Villa - Euro Chic

Custom floors and walls by me. Furniture placement and gardens by me. Furniture, Plants, Fences, etc... are all standard Maxxis (no customs or reclours). Credit for the house build goes to my other half, Michael (who claims the Sims is a little age inappropriate for him, but always seems to be testing some new house he has built...).
Anyway this fully furnished Mediterranean Villa is 3 stories, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge room, seperate dining room, a spare room (I use it as a gym in my game) and a pool. Cost in the game is $181, 327.
I don't mind if my custom content is used elsewhere as long as it doesn't turn up on a paysite. Please don't upload the house anywhere else. Thanks

- Plain Vanilla Icecream White Paint-Just plain ol' white
- Small white tiles. 'Nuff said...
