and 2nd floor semi enclosed patio.
This house is unfurnished.
To give this lot a more modern look (and get some of those hard earned simoleans back), try removing the foundations decorating the outer outdoor
perimeter (outlined with the white modern pediment), leaving the pediment intact. It leaves you with a nifty(at least I think so) floating grid.
Custom Content:
I tried to use as little custom content as possible. Man was that ever hard. I gotta stop downloading stuff.
Anyway, here goes:
