This house is a lookalike to a house Ive seen in Sim city.

The house is built on a 1x1 lot and is beautiful. The house may look small but it is nice and cozy for your lonely Sim or maybe a cute couple!.

If you have Kidd's then maybe you might want to extend it .. upwards like a true tower house.

The house is unfurnished apart from plumbing and a kitchen.
