This is the first house in my "Central Avenue" series (also my first upload to this site). I am tired of huge houses that end up with a lot of wasted space, and city neighborhoods that have huge yards! This is a quaint (if cramped) 2-story house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen/living area. This house is perfect for a new couple just starting out...or those mean sims who just hate everybody.

This lot is fully (if cheaply) furnished with (other than otherwise mentioned) Maxis only items, though I can never remember what came with what EP and SP, so all boxes have been check marked for compatibility.
