Well, I used the Maxis original dress as a base, but I changed almost everything on it into a china dress thats I like better.
You´ll need the mesh Mr. Bills mini dress (link at bottom of page).
Feel free to recoulor or remake this dress however you see fit, but if you like it please tell me. I´d like to know what you think.
