For Howard you will just need HystericalParoxysm's Gaius Hair for males
His outfit is a Maxis Base game recolour of jeans and a jacket

This is Vince Noir, Electro boy. AKA Noel Fielding


For Vince you will need hair from PeggyZone... The one you need is on page four, 3rd one down... The emo looking black hair :D
And you will need a mesh from Downtown-sims Menswear, 4th row down... Very tight jeans.
Vince's skin is an edit by me of SimCribbling's Light Skin

Both outfits are the "Zooniverse" outfits from series one.
