Villa of the Roses

Hi everybody!!
Today I have a lovely residential lot for you. It's called the Villa of the Roses (mostly because there are roses everywhere in this Italian-style villa ). Right now, it's a two-bedroom, three-bathroom behemoth, but there is more than enough room to add at least three new bedrooms and two more bathrooms. There is a single car garage behind the house, and you can park four extra cars on the driveway.
The Villa has no less than six decks and/or patios, and also has a lovely bowling green in back which can easily be converted into a swimming pool. There are also a few sitting areas scattered around the huge grounds. This house has a lovely entryway, which features double staircases and double doors. The kitchen is large, and has a dining area separated by archways.



This house is almost completely unfurnished, but there are a few pieces of furniture here and there.
This lot was tested for the duration of one sim-day.

The mailbox and trashcan recolors aren't mine- they're by BillySIMS139 and from here: (I think it comes with the zip, but I'm not sure)
