This is my first Custom CAS screen. I have made it using the University, Nightlife and Open for Business expansion packs but I am not sure whether you need all of these to actually use this screen as my BaseGameStarter keeps on crashing.

I have used Windkeeper's Empty CAS mod to make this CAS screen and am not sure whether you will need it to keep this CAS as is but it is probably better to get. Other than that this is just done using Maxis content.

Please let me know what you think or if you have any problems.
