MAXIS tank top recolour to look more rockish!

It is a recolour of the black tank top that has sort of seperate sleeves. Not too much different, I removed the see-through bit at the top and replaced it with a simple neclace, made the 'sleeves' have black and red stripes and put in some 'slashes' where the top is see-through, as you can see in the screenshots.
