**Requires H&M Fashion Stuff**

I like to play on smaller lots because of the speed increase. This lot loads quickly when your sims travel there and plays well. This lot is a H&M Store, clean and modern. The store is best for community ownership, not for Sim businesses, because of the lack of a break area for the Sims.

The store contains all H&M Fashion Stuff and standard Maxis content with the following exceptions. You will need to download the Ray Living Set from Pimp My Sims. The stairs and railing are used from that site.
