This is a beach house without the tropical feel. This is the find of beach home you may find along the Jersey Shore. The house is designed as a large home/vacation home. Play tested with a Sim family of 8. A great place for your sim family to invite friends over to enjoy the beach.

The house has a multi-level deck for all the outdoor living your sims want while on vacation. The sauna and bath on the ground floor make spending time at the beach more enjoyable. The parents suite on the top level allows for privacy and an escape from the family. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms for chilren, while the 3rd floor has a study and 2 bedrooms for teens or grandparents. Lightly landscaped for faster play. Elevated design to prevent flooding!
