It has been a while after my first upload so I uploaded another to show that I am not out.

This is Glocycream Road A. This is actually based on architecture of several houses in subdivisions here. I named it Glocycream to prevent trademark issues with the designer. This is a starter house, costing at least below 20,000 simoleons.

It has a living room with dining tables and chairs, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Up to four people can live here and everything is cheaply furnished.

I'm sorry if the requirements are somewhat demanding. Please try to see if it works for you but my latest expansion pack is Seasons. I also have the Family Fun and the Glamour Life stuff packs.

Also, it has been tested, the mail box and the trash can is now available, so it should not inherit the problem of the Fieldham Apartments.
