This lot has no custom objects, I am very sure and I can prove it because I scanned it with CleanInstaller.
Each room can house up to four sims. All are fully furnished.

Update:
I have recently found out that I have removed the mailboxes and trash cans in order to give way to the driveways. I also forgot to put them back. Download the Lot Setup Collection by Carrigon: http://daydream.etowns.net/S2hacked.htm. Sorry for the inconvenience.
