Asian Project - The Medallion Set

Hi there! It's me again!

I'd like to wish a happy St-Jean Baptiste (Bonne St-Jean!) to all Simmers from Quebec, our Belle Province!

This set is continuing my Asian Project with a collection of 21 walls and 12 floors.

17 wallpapers,
4 panels,
6 carpets,
2 concrete floors,
4 stone floors

If you download all 3 collections (Chinoiserie, Samarkand and this one), you'll end up with 22 new floors and 104 new walls.

***** UPDATE *****
Now I added a collection file! So now you won't have to browse your 100,000 custom walls/floors to find them.

Unzip, and you'll find two .package files and one .img file. Place the .package files in your Collections folder. That's usually found in :

C:\Documents and Settings\your name here\My documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Collections

There should be an Icons folder in your Collections folder, that's where you need to place the .img file (custom icon). If there is no Icons folder in your Collections folder you can create one.

Note for newbies: the "Collection" .package doesn't contain the Walls/Floors. It's just a list that puts them all together for an easier access. If you want the walls/floors you have to download the other files.

The stone tiles in the original "floors" package might be a bit big, I've updated this upload with 2 smaller stone tiles, they are in the new file named "".

Everything was tested in-game and all seams are nearly invisible, unless you try the wallpapers on several-story walls. The textures are much nicer in game than on my pics, I still need to learn how to make good-res pictures smaller than 150k each!

You can balance the decorative walls with their matching plain walls for multiple possibilities. You can even make a fake closet for your sims with the framed walls!

Borders on some walls were taken from Maxis' walls so they match with a lot of things in the game.

Some of my plain walls might look a little like Maxis' but aren't. They're of specific colors/textures and were really made to match exactly my decorative walls.

I really hope you'll like this set as much as I do. Please click the "Thank you" button for my hard work (newbie here)!

Ciao ! xx

The textures I used for this set were taken from : ~York Wall Coverings~
plus I used Maxis stuff for the borders.
