Maple Lane is houses, parks, and businesses from a typical american suburban neighborhood. Most of them actually come from my neighborhood.

This is Maple Lane 1:


It is a 4 bedroom house with a 2 car garage.

First level includes a family room, dining room, kitchen, den, sunroom, bathroom, 2 car garage, and extra room (on the real floor plan it was a laundry room)


Second level includes master bedroom and bathroom, 2 kid rooms, a teen room, and a bathroom



It has some furnishings because I furnish as I go but you would probably want to add more, especially upstairs.

NOTE
-do not put chairs on the eating bar as sims cannot eat there because of the attached counters
