Hi everyone! Like I said, I have made new modern houses for The Sims 2!
Lot Description-
Lot Size- 4X6
Lot Cost- $308,000
This is a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom that includes a balcony. The master bedroom is connected to the master bathroom which there are two in the house. Also one of the bathrooms is half a bathroom with no shower/bath tub, so thats 2 normal sized bathrooms, two master bathrooms, and one 1/2 bathroom. It includes a pool, a shed, a big kitchen, an office, a living room, a dinning room, and a elevator. (see pictures)
