Together, but not too close

I'm back in uploading after a terrible computer crash that retired me for a while. Lately, I'm playing with a new neighbourhood, urban themed, and thinking it's time to make a little contribution to downtown simmies.

Here I present a multifamily lot, plus a larger space for a home business, in square disposition, crossed by an imaginary alley build with two driveways. It holds until 6 cars, or two enormous limousines, if you prefer that!

Lot description: Medium size (3x4), Unfurnished except toilets of the business hall, Tested a copy 1 day, Affordable price:103.968 simoleons (not too much for 4 families). Swimming pool and a small playground area for kids.

As you can see, each house is built in a very different look, inside and outside, but always in a townhouse style.Well...you can live not too far of your mother in law, or your ex-husband, or your friends, together but not too close!
