Here is a set based around a tie print tee (the tie isn't supposed to look realistic, its a print on the tee)
The male outfit uses a maxis mesh and the female outfit uses the "Mini Stilleto" Mesh from http://www.2-f0r-u.de/startsims2.htm
The mesh is located on page 6 of the mesh pages
