This stylish house, sitting partly in a large lake, comes with a swimming pool and a small garden. Inside it has a basement perfect for hiding from the wife and chillin' with the guys (complete with WC). On the ground floor is a kitchen/breakfast room, reception room, bathroom and living room. The first floor has two double bedrooms (both with shared bathrooms) and a hall/recreation area. Above this is a roof garden with raised plant containers* and sunloungers.

*The plants in these (there's some in the garden as well) can't be watered so unfortunately will die unless you have a hack or use move_objects. Sorry
