This house facts:
- Police station (original: 1923 Highland Park Police Station Nº11, 6045 York Boulevard, Los Angeles - built in 1923): Not very comfortable for a selling place (maybe you want to sell burglar alarms here!), but a nice 'decoration' lot for your downtown. And it's funny to see the clerks work in the police uniform (+ one (for cleaning) in the burglar outfit).

- Completly furnished with EA items + custom cars for decoration
