Sick of ugly bland maxis dorms? Don't our sims deserve better! Well look no further than Marble River University! Offering a large campus with beautiful buildings!

This is the first lot in a series I may or may not finish. Hopefully this time I will finish this. I'm going to make make the lots in this series more playable and easier to run by using smaller lot sizes less CC and no dummy levels in between floors. Well enjoy and check out the pictures!
