There are 6 dorms, each with a carport and private bath. The community areas include a pool, 2 gazebos with grills, 2 whirlpool rooms, a dining hall, a library, and a game room. It's furnished and landscaped (which I am not very good at) with only maxis made content and is hack free. It's zoned as dorms on the largest lot size (I believe that's a 5X6). Hope you like it.
