Ocean cottage, sweet starter

Recently I completely cleaned out my game and made build mode CC free (great for game performance) which luckily means that once again, I have started producing lots that can be easily shared. So here is the first of a good many!

The concept
I very rarely upload starter homes, because I tend to keep my sims in one lot for life, and extend, so when I move them in, I build a house with a view to making it bigger, i.e. I build the first couple of rooms and add as I go, wih my eye on the eventual family home, not the intermediates, which doesn't make for pretty houses to share.

This one is different though, I really wanted to make something that looked like a little seaside cottage, and I chose to use the "Country" range from Seasons as a theme. It is very quaint I think, ideal for a little old lady perhaps.

There is one bedroom, a good size bathroom, a kitchen diner, a living room, and 2 small storm porches (ideal for pet beds, scratching posts, coat racks etc. There is room for a drive, and room out back for a decent veggie patch when your sim can afford it.

The blurb I have to say to make it clear:
I have ALL EXPANSIONS (up to seasons) on my game. If you do not, and you try to place this lot in your game, YOUR GAME WILL CRASH!! This is not my fault! EP lots are not backwards compatible, so sorry, but there's nothing I can do.
Because I am a geek, I also have all the stuff packs, I am informed however that this will not affect the lot, except that any stuff pack decor/items in the lot will not appear for you. I try to leave SP stuff out as much as I can, but it's not easily identifiable, so if you are missing a SP you may find yourself having to change a floor, or wallpaper that have gone awol.

The future:
I am about to photo for upload, a town centre, a christmas themed lot a themed nightclub and a Celebrations Stuff lot.
