So the mountain vacation area, where it snows half the time, has a campsite (so your sims wake up blue), but the tropical island doesnt? Ooookay.

Here is a campsite for Twikki Island, it fits very nicely next to the Ruins of Numchuck.

There is a hut, with a Tiki theme, complete with washing facilities, and a bar (of course). There are a couple of campfires, and space to spin fire. There are a lot of tents, some toilets, a snack bar, and an ancient monument with a treat in the middle if your sims can find it.

I have uploaded 2 versions of this. The first is very jungly with a lot of trees, but ran a bit slow on my rig (the specs for which are at the bottom of this page) For the second I removed more than half the trees, and shuffled the rest about, so it still has a lush jungle feel, but won't make a less flashy pc have a hissy fit.

You will need all EPs. There is no stuff pack content, but I have a sneaky feeling the first SPs work more like EPs, so might be necessary.
