The 'Marisol' is a duplex that I created for my extended families. For example kids who come back from college and still want to live at home but want to have their own space. Or for grandparents who want to be close to their kids and grandkids, but still want to maintain their own living style. Finally it could just be used for two separate families as the units are completely separated from one another save for the front doors.


Each unit contains:
2 Bedrooms
1 1/2 Bathrooms
Large Living and Dining Area
Fenced front yard w/ space for gardening
Fenced backyard with deck, hot tub, and privacy hedge
2 parking spaces (1 covered)
2nd level deck.
