This a two story house on the smallest maxis lot. It comes fully furnished and decorated. There is three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. There is a kitchen and lounge room of the first floor. The garden contains a wood greenhouse waiting for your sims to grow crops. A barbecue is there aswell for sim to invite friend over for dinner. And lovely garden bench to relax on.

All custom content is included.
