This house took me around three weeks to complete. It is a 2-story house. On the roof there is an entertainment area with a spa, bbq, patio furniture, a chess game, plus some comfortable lounge chairs for your sim to relax on. There is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All on the 2nd floor of the house. On the 1st floor there is an open hallway, one bathroom, a kitchen , a separate dining room. On the ground floor outside there is a swimming pool and swing. The lot is fully furnished and decorated.
All custom content is included. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs.
