2 Willow Creek Rd. Is the second house in my Willow Creek Starter series this house is built on a 3x2 and it costs 19,980. It's a really nice house and im glad with how it came out, i wish that i could of added a bit more to the first floor like a second bathroom but i didnt have enough funds so when your sims earn enough money there is room on the first floor for another bathroom.
This house is also semi furnished it has all necissary items. And like always there are no CCs and i used sims2pack clean installer.
