Copperhead Causeway Neighborhood

Due to several unfortunate evictions (and even a couple of murders) in Crescent Island over the declining availability of beach front properties, it was apparent that the new causeway leading to a certain vacation destination would be the perfect solution to the property shortage.

Copperhead Causeway is designed specifically for the new beach lots available with Bon Voyage. Every road fronting on a beach is capable of accepting a beach lot, and the Causeway Center is a great place for those sims who don't quite have their sea legs yet, or some commercial buildings to service locals and those sims passing through.

Although Copperhead Causeway seems to be a sandy place, thumbnails for all terrain types are included in the file. The file should be unzipped into \My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains.

Note: To be able to fully utilize the available property, a camera mod such as GunMod's Camera Mod is highly recommended.
