Another Neighborhood by me, :-) yeaa

As always, I have included all of the pictures needed for the file to work and show up properly, if for some reason they don't work, I have tested it but you never know! Just PM me in the game and I'll correct it for you as soon as I get the message.

Because I'm a goober, and I looooove neighborhoods with water (can't ya'll tell???) I try to build them so I can put my houses reaaaally close to the water, hey our sims should have a view too!

So, I've included a few pictures of a lot I created for this neighborhood so you guys can see exactly how close to the water you can get.

Also: I recommend a camera hack to enjoy this neighborhood, any of them will do so as long as you can see the WHOLE neighborhood. Since I can remember I've always had one (not sure what it's like to not have the camera hack lol)
