FINALLY!!!
This upload was meant to be my first upload ever but... it's become the 4th one!
I used this neighbourhood to place my Hogwarts castle in the University mode, however I made this sc4 terrain with Sim City 4 so I suppose it doesn't need any expansion pack to work properly!
I've already upload the 4 castle lots which you can find here:
lot 1
lot 2
lots 3&4
Uploaded all the Hogwarts houses, as well as the Room of Requirement, Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley. Click on my nickname to check them out
To install it correctly extract all the files in the rar to the folder called 'SC4 Terrains'
