This is a house I built a long time ago, but it had loads of custom content, so I remodelled it so the cc was minimal, and this is the result, hope you like it as much as I do:
This little house comes fully furnished, handy for a single or for a couple of sims. Also, if they really want a baby this house can be expanded in the second floor easily.
