Can house up to 10 sims!(even thought you can have only 8 there are 10 beds). There is a large dining hall at the back of the compound for when your sims get bored of grilling at the house, it is 3 stories tall but only 2 are usable(third is just for a high roof) each of the 5 houses can comfortabley hold 2 sims. Each house is equipped with a toilet and sink so your sims have to go to the bath house to shower or bath. every house has a small back and front yard to use.

Story: With crime in pleasant veiw on the rise the Goths and other families decide to wall themselves in at the Veiwtiful Compound, which is capable of fuffiling all of there needs without ever having to leave their compund!
