This house is well... small. BUTTTTTT it can hold 2 sims quite nicely(even tho the the original sims living here died of flies *evil grin* so i could upload it without them).
I highly emphasized the use of the garden(which can make or break a house) because without a garden, or fancy sculptures and fake plants, a house looks dull and boring. (well to me anyways )
