1590 Altenberger

I was inspired. I was inspired by Illinois city whose claim to fame is Superman. Metropolis. Yes, there is such a place, and they do have a Daily Planet. But what most people do not realize is that there are some of the cutest darned houses ever littered through out that city. The littlest, itty bitty houses. I was so inspired that I wanted to make the whole city.... a city of itty bitty houses... oh, and superman. I don't ever think I'll finish my Simtropolis, but I guess I can share my creations as I go. Maybe, just maybe, these tiny houses will inspire someone else.



My first upload is 1590 Altenberger. This little house is perfect for your single sim just starting out, or it could be a pretty awesome woodsy retreat cabin for one of your sim couples looking to get away. This 1 bed, 1 bath bungelow boasts an open floorplan, including a loft bedroom. It also has a functional kitchen and bathroom. Decorating of the living room, dining area, and bedroom have been left up to the future owners. It has a pretty simple floor plan, so this is definitely a house that can grow with your family's needs.



The smallest lot was too big for my itty bitty house, which is a bonus for you! Since there is no backyard, the sideyard would be perfect for a future pool, a garden, a bowling alley... whatever your sim desires! More pictures of the interior included in attachments.
