This is the second in my Simtropolis series. I am aiming at a full sim town based off real-life town Metropolis, IL, home of Superman. Tiny little houses dot the streets of this middle-America town, and I just fell in love with the arctitecture. So here it is, my second listing. hope you enjoy!
This 3 bed, 2 bath house has a lot to offer. The lot comes fully furnished, with one master bedroom and one bedroom each decorated for a boy and a girl. There's one big main room which includes the kitchen, eating area, and livingroom. Everything in the house is Maxis made with the exception of the sofa and loveseat, which is the link below. I love them so much and couldn't resist putting them in this house.
