Hello again,
This is a community lot which has everything in it. it has 2 floors and has a small square where your sims can hang out.
Ill repeat it as the title said, "there is no Custom Content in the community lot"

The rooms are:
1 grocery store
3 clothing outfitters
1 game store w/ magazines (its either one of them games or magazines)
1 lounge room where your sims can rest up
1 restroom for each gender

This is the lot in front view with an amazing mosaic square
