The Plaza

Still have that Santa Fe, New Mexico bug in me it seems.

Here is The Plaza. Anyone who has visited Santa Fe has to have been to The Plaza. It is fantasitic during Indian Market.

This is a 5 x 5 community lot.

I only have The base game and the lot uses only maxis content. No recolors, no meshes, no custom content. Only a few uses of moveObjects.

It should be completely clean. Packed with Clean Installer - Hack Free (x-ing fingers)

It has a two level restaurant and a game room in the front building. A clothing store, book store and tv room in the left building. A bath house (hot tubs), public bathrooms and gym in the right building. The back building is a 2 story hotel. Yes, I know it can't actually be a working hotel in the base game, but I thought it would be good for those that are capable of having a working hotel. There is an actual Plaza Hotel in the real world, so I added a teeny one here.

The upper floors of the left and right buildings are empty. I wanted the buildings to be all two story, however I didn't want repeat stores, so have fun making other kinds of stores! Santa Fe, and The Plaza, are known for their art galleries, jewelry stores, trading posts, etc. See what you can come up with.

I would have included views of the upper floors, however you can only show so much. The upper floor of the front building is another area of the restaurant and the upper floor of the hotel has two rooms with baths.
