Poor Will is the kind of person who is always in the wrong place at the wrong time. Despite this, he is a nice person, despite a somewhat inflated ego. He was a minor character in chapter 11 of Omerta: Code of Silence, a story SSChan and I are writing. He likes guns (although he can hardly hold one), pretending he's a lot richer than he is, and vaudeville performances.
