I originally created him as a means of cleaning out my overflowing neighborhood of old or unused Sims, but since he got quite a bit of positive (mostly creeped out, yes, but still positive) feedback on the S2C forums, I decided to upload this Sim. His name is Robert Cazaract (but you may name him as you please), he's the Grim Reaper's best friend and he just so happens to be just a little bit loopy. He also has a rather nasty habit of killing people. In my game he's killed 35+ Sims already in just barely three days.
