This is Jackie Earle Haley as "Kelly Leak" one of his most famous roles.

Local troublemaker who smokes and rides a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Also the best athlete in the neighborhood.At the age of 12, he hits over .800 and hustles people at the local arcade for cash. Kelly becomes a Bear after a standoff with the coach of the Yankees.

Kelly is a punk kid with a bad reputation but after he joins the Bears, we learn that Kelly is actually a nice kid with a tough exterior. In 'The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training," Kelly agrees to join the team again to go to Houston where he searches for his father who eventually coaches the Bears for their game in the Astrodome.
