Blue Valley Field and Park

Basically a sandlot type park. Children can play Americas favourite passtime and mothers and fathers can fight in argue.

I based it on the one in the original 1976 film "The Bad News Bears".
If you have't seen this film staring the late Walter Matthau, I suggest you do it is a classic.

Anyway my ball park. Has a small stadium in order for your sims to play (not really,but I think sports would be a good expansion pack) and to watch.
Has nice grassed area with swing park and a club house.
