this deisgn is $125,686 so theres a big gap between my houses.

this block has a massive bacyard whihc i havent done up much beause thats up to u.

this house includes:
3 bedrooms:possible to convert secound study to bedroom

two study's with skill buiding equiptment

and lounge and living area

long landing connecting upstairs rooms

and finally! no custom content so you can change it as much as you want.
